Here we answer the most common questions we get

For our larger boats, we have adjusted the maximum number of passengers per trip and opened up larger areas on deck, in addition, we have sharpened our cleaning routines on board. As a passenger, you are welcome to stay out on deck and keep your distance.

Yes, if you stay out on the deck, dogs are not allowed in the saloon.

Yes, it is possible to place the stroller on the foredeck.

Yes, if there is room. It is usually possible to park the bikes on the foredeck. We can hang kayaks on the outside of the railing on the sun deck (if they are emptied). Bicycles cost 100 SEK each to bring, kayaks cost 400 SEK/ each.

See the FIND YOUR WAY page for parking options in the various ports.

No, our archipelago boats were built at the end of the 19th century and unfortunately still have many problems with accessibility.

At Ellen af Harstena, the door is 70 cm wide. If the wheelchair is narrower, it goes well. Svanö has a steep staircase inside the door so there it is more problematic.

The trip can be paid for with a card already when booking online. If you choose to pay on the spot, it is cash or Swish that applies.

If you have booked, you are guaranteed a place. If you have not booked, it usually goes well as well, but then you go with it if there is room. You can book a place until just before the boat leaves.

There are toilets on both our ships. On the Sälsafarituren and Häradskärsturen, which are run with smaller boats, there is no access to a toilet on board.

Both our ships have alcohol licenses and there you can buy alcoholic beverages at the bar.

We drive even if there are only a few bookings. The usual tours are not so weather dependent because we stay inside the archipelago. However, the seal safari can be canceled if it blows too much because it goes out outside the outermost islands (this happens very rarely).
