International Lighthouse Day is being celebrated across the country this weekend. Häradskär, with its lighthouse, will be open to visitors, who are welcome to climb the stairs and enjoy the beautiful view. A guide will be on hand to share the island’s history, including its pilots and lighthouse keepers, as well as the history of the lighthouse itself.

On this day, we will run three trips to Häradskär with our smaller taxi and transport boats. Departure is from Fyrudden at the loading jetty on the far left when facing the water. The boat journey takes just under half an hour. We return to Fyrudden after three hours on the island. Very welcome!
